WHO WE SERVE
Incarcerated and unhoused men and women in San Bernardino County who are coming out of correctional facilities, were formerly incarcerated, or are taking their next steps, planting new roots.
WHAT WE DO
We help citizens become self-sufficient, productive, contributing members of their communities. Our homes provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our residents with spacious bedrooms, communal living areas, and a range of amenities including cable TV and Wi-Fi.
WELCOME HOME
Men and women who are currently incarcerated, on parole, or unhoused and are looking for transitional housing may apply to be a NuLeaf Resident.
We believe that when people make mistakes, they deserve the opportunity to remake their lives.
